Inclusion Criteria

1.All patients of age group 18-60 years who are married.

2.Diagnosed with schizophrenia and other psychotic disorders (ICD-10 F20).

3.Taking any one of the atypical antipsychotic- either resperidone,

olanzapine, or quetiapine for at least 4 weeks duration.

Exclusion Criteria

1.Subjects with history of sexual dysfunction prior to antipsychotic intake.

2.Acute or severe psychotic state including delirium, dementia and other cognitive diseases.

3.Chronic medical conditions like DM, h/o stroke, unstable cardiac condition, arrhythmias, substance use disorders and endocrine disorders.

4.Patients who are taking additional medications like mood stabilizers, antidepressants.

5.Patients with sensory impairment.

6.Patients not willing to participate in the study
