Inclusion Criteria

  • •age ≥ 18 years old
  • •\-hospitalized patients or patients who will be hospitalized and present at the ED

Exclusion Criteria

  • •\- anticipated hospital stay of less than 24 hours;
  • •\- antibiotics used as prophylaxis or \< 24 hours antibiotics;
