Inclusion Criteria
- •1\) More than or equal to 55 years of age 2\) Either gender 3\) Residing in long\-term care settings.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Critically ill/ Terminally ill/ Active infection; Bed\-bound /Wheelchair\-bound;
- •Acute onset (less than 30 days) of cardiorespiratory/ orthopedics/ neurological/ renal disease.
