Inclusion Criteria
Kidney transplant recipients for secondary osteoporosis with stable allograft function (defined by serum creatinine < 2.0 mg/dL) for at least 1 year
Exclusion Criteria
Patients which are administered bisphosphonate
or underwent parathyroidectomy(PTx) within 12 months prior to the informed consent.
