Inclusion Criteria

Diagnosed Patients of Vatarakta with symptoms such as sandhishula, sandhidaha, sparshasahatva, sandhishotha, sandhivaivarnya.

Patients with raised Serum Uric acid level ( >7 in male & >6 in female).

Patient willing for trial & giving written consent.

Patient with all socio-economic status.

Exclusion Criteria

With known case of major systemic disorders such as IHD, MI, Uncontrolled DM, Uncontrolled Hypertension.

Patients other than Gouty Arthritis

Basti Anarha.

Patient not willing for trial.
