Inclusion Criteria
Participation is open to individuals who are physically inactive, engage in no/little exercise, and wish to improve their physical fitness through exercise.
Exclusion Criteria
Excluded are persons for whom medical reasons speak against the participation in the jump training and/or in the physiological and psychological tests and measurements (e.g. due to injuries, diseases, or medication).

Name Time Method Increased sports and exercise behavior in everyday life (assessed with sports watches and movement sensors), improved physical performance (assessed with jump, strength, and balance tests as well as functional and endurance tests), strengthened psychological performance and mental well-being (assessed with questionnaires, psychological tests, analysis of saliva samples, and brain imaging procedures).
