Inclusion Criteria
The age of 60-70 years
Participants will be given written informed consent
Participants of both male and female will be included.
No use of walking aids
5.The ability to live independently: FIM Scale.
6.Ability to follow simple commands.
Exclusion Criteria
. Fractures of lower limb in the last 6 months.
2. vertigo.
3. uncontrolled cardiorespiratory problems.
