Exclusion Criteria
1) uncontorable hypertension(DBP>110) 2) secondary hepertension 3) diabetes mellitus patient who are uncontorable(HbA1c>8.0%) or use insulin 4) stroke or myocardial infarction or severe cardiovascular disease within past 3 months 5) severe liver dysfunction 6) severe renal failure(Cr>2.0) 7) malignant disease 8) pregnancy woman 9) patient who can not secrete bille enoughly 10) hypersensivity for telmisaltan or HCTZ 11) hypersensivity for Tiazido type medicine 12) hypersensivity for Ca-blocker 13) patient who are judged inappropriate condition for study by doctor
