1. Adolescents aged 12-18 years
2. At least one instance of NSSI in the past 1 year
3. Comprehension of English or Hindi Language
1. Diagnosis of psychotic disorder
2. Diagnosis of autism spectrum disorder (ASD)
3. Diagnosis of intellectual disability (IDD)
4. Patients who are suicidal without NSSI
5. Self-injury due to another mental or medical conditions including Lesch-Nyhan syndrome, stereotypical movement disorder, trichotillomania, and excoriation
6. Patients undergoing individual psychotherapy
7. Patients who are attending family therapy
