Inclusion Criteria

1. Patients between 20 - 50 years of age, irrespective of sex, religion, occupation, socioeconomic status, etc.

2. Evidence of renal calculi in kidney and/or renal pelvis assessed by USG report.

3. Calculi size of 5-10mm size, irrespective of number

4. May be associated with mild to moderate renal pain (may be radiating to flank & groin), nausea and vomiting, hematuria, increased frequency of mictuition or dysuria.

5. Paneeya kshara arhas

Exclusion Criteria

1. Case of immediate surgical intervention

2. Patients of renal calculi diagnosed with complications like severe hydronephrosis, Glomerular nephritis and chronic renal failure.

3. Patients diagnosed with systemic illness like DM, HTN, TB, HIV, Hepatitis-B, syphilis and

renal carcinoma

4. Paneeya kshara anarhas

5. Pregnant women
