Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Patients between 20 \- 50 years of age, irrespective of sex, religion, occupation, socioeconomic status, etc.
- •2\. Evidence of renal calculi in kidney and/or renal pelvis assessed by USG report.
- •3\. Calculi size of 5\-10mm size, irrespective of number
- •4\. May be associated with mild to moderate renal pain (may be radiating to flank \& groin), nausea and vomiting, hematuria, increased frequency of mictuition or dysuria.
- •5\. Paneeya kshara arhas
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Case of immediate surgical intervention
- •2\. Patients of renal calculi diagnosed with complications like severe hydronephrosis, Glomerular nephritis and chronic renal failure.
- •3\. Patients diagnosed with systemic illness like DM, HTN, TB, HIV, Hepatitis\-B, syphilis and
- •renal carcinoma
- •4\. Paneeya kshara anarhas
- •5\. Pregnant women
