1)Palmoplantar psoriasis patients of more than 18 years of age, with lesions preferably on palms but not involving more than 10% surface area of soles and not involving more than 5% of other body surface area.
2)Patients who are not on systemic anti-psoriatic medication for atleast one month or topical anti-psoriatic medication for atleast 15 days prior to the study.
3)Patients who are willing to participate in the study.
1)Palmoplantar pustular psoriasis patients.
2)Pregnant and lactating women.
3)Female patients of child bearing potential who cannot be convinced of the need of contraception during and 4 months subsequent to the conclusion of study.
4)Patients with cardiac pace makers or orthopedic implants in the extremities.
5)Patients having haematological abnormality, hepatic and renal dysfunction.
6)Patients having any infection of palms and soles.
