Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\. Adult \>18 years old
  • •2\. subacute or chronic anal fissure
  • •3\. patient had symptoms of anal fissure

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\. acute anal fissure
  • •2\. fissure from Crohn's disease, immunocompromised status, tuberculosis or anal cancer
  • •3\. pregnancy or lactation
  • •4\. allergy to component of topical sucralfate cream
  • •5\. contraindication to nitrate treatment
