Inclusion Criteria
1. Adult >18 years old
2. subacute or chronic anal fissure
3. patient had symptoms of anal fissure
Exclusion Criteria
1. acute anal fissure
2. fissure from Crohn's disease, immunocompromised status, tuberculosis or anal cancer
3. pregnancy or lactation
4. allergy to component of topical sucralfate cream
5. contraindication to nitrate treatment
