To Compare the Efficacy of Dhatri Payasyadi Ghrita with VidaryadiGhrita in the Management of Karshya HYPOTHESIS H0- There isneither statistical significant difference between the efficacy of Dhathripayasyadi ghrita and Vidaryadi ghrita nor Dhathripayasyadi ghrita is better than Vidaryadi ghrita in the management of Karshya
H****1- There is statistical significant difference between theefficacy of Dhathripayasyadi ghrita and Vidaryadighrita with Dhathripayasyadi ghrita is having better effect than Vidaryadighrita in the management of Karshya

Inclusion Criteria
- •Patient who fulfill the diagnostic criteria.
- •Patients who give written consent.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Patient who suffer from karshyata due to vyadhi Upadravas like Grahani etc..
- •Patient with any other systemic disorders (like that of DM,Hypertension) Pregnant women and lactating mothers.
Outcomes
Primary Outcomes
Patients who are having BMI less than 18.5
Time Frame: Baseline (0th day), 16th day, 31stday and 46th day
Secondary Outcomes
- 2)Patients who are having two or more lakshanas of Karshya(which includes Shushka sphik udara greeva, dhamanijaala santatha, twak asthi shosha and sthoola parva)(Baseline (0th day), 16th day, 31stday and 46th day)
