Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

•over 18 years of age, on thrice weekly haemodialysis for at least 1 month before recruitment, able to perform chair\-based exercise, able to participate in a group exercise situation, medical clearance obtained.

Exclusion Criteria

•recent surgery, conditions where exercise is contraindicated, active infection.
