Inclusion Criteria
1. Age between 20 to 45 years.
2. Body mass index (BMI) of 18-27 kg per square meter.
Exclusion Criteria
1. History of any serious illnesses, including infectious diseases, cardiovascular and pulmonary diseases.
2. Smoking and/or alcoholic drinking.
3. Systemic medication (other than the oral contraceptive pill).
4. Pregnancy.
