Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •Aged between 18 and 75 years
  • •No history of malabsorption disease (short bowel syndrome or Crohn's disease)
  • •Not having cirrhosis or abnormal liver function
  • •Not having burn injuries
  • •Having hemodynamic stability
  • •Not pregnant

Exclusion Criteria

  • •Patients requiring vasopressor infusion
  • •Having study drugs allergies
  • •Coadministration of astemizole, terfenadine, cyclosporine, theophylline, warfarin, or a monoamine oxidase inhibitor
  • •Having gastrointestinal bleeding
  • •Having bowel obstruction
  • •Need for sedative therapy
