- •Aged between 18 and 75 years
- •No history of malabsorption disease (short bowel syndrome or Crohn's disease)
- •Not having cirrhosis or abnormal liver function
- •Not having burn injuries
- •Having hemodynamic stability
- •Not pregnant
排除标准
- •Patients requiring vasopressor infusion
- •Having study drugs allergies
- •Coadministration of astemizole, terfenadine, cyclosporine, theophylline, warfarin, or a monoamine oxidase inhibitor
- •Having gastrointestinal bleeding
- •Having bowel obstruction
- •Need for sedative therapy
