1.Patient underwent a combined Pars Planar Vitrectomy with Silicone oil removal/Phacoemulsification with Monofocal IOL implantation.
1.Corneal disease as keratoconus or corneal scarring of any etiology
2.Retinal detachment after surgery
3.Unable to in-the-bag placement of IOL
4.Foveal scar which prevents patients from fixation
5.History of corneal refractive surgery
6.History of scleral buckling surgery
7.Severe posterior capsule opacification that interferes with manifested refraction
