Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\. Age 60\-year\-old and above
  • •2\. Independent community living
  • •3\. Enable to walk without assistance

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\. Active malignancies
  • •2\. Hospitalization from cardiovascular diseases within 3 months
  • •3\. End\-stage\-renal disease requiring renal replacement therapy
  • •4\. Unstable psychiatric diseases
