•1. Participants between age group18 years- 55 years
•2. Patient treated with curative intent with surgery and/or radiation and/or chemotherapy for cancer of buccal mucosa.
•3. Mouth opening between 25mm-10mm
•4. Willing to follow up with Occupational Therapy Department for 3 days for training and every 15 days for 3 months (total visits 9).
•5. Intact upper and lower incisors.
•6. Resident of Mumbai
•7. Able to comprehend, read and write the English language.

•1.Severe trismus less than 10mm.
•2. Trismus more than one-year post-surgery and or radiotherapy.
•3. Patients having trismus due to derangement of the temporomandibular joint or other intracapsular reasons.
•4. Patient having crooked upper and lower front incisors cause difficulty in measuring mouth opening.
•5. Jaw alignment issues causing difficulty in measuring mouth opening.
•6. Patient with Naso-gastric tube
•7. Cognitive impairments.
