入排标准
入选标准
- •1. Participants between age group18 years- 55 years
- •2. Patient treated with curative intent with surgery and/or radiation and/or chemotherapy for cancer of buccal mucosa.
- •3. Mouth opening between 25mm-10mm
- •4. Willing to follow up with Occupational Therapy Department for 3 days for training and every 15 days for 3 months (total visits 9).
- •5. Intact upper and lower incisors.
- •6. Resident of Mumbai
- •7. Able to comprehend, read and write the English language.
排除标准
- •1.Severe trismus less than 10mm.
- •2. Trismus more than one-year post-surgery and or radiotherapy.
- •3. Patients having trismus due to derangement of the temporomandibular joint or other intracapsular reasons.
- •4. Patient having crooked upper and lower front incisors cause difficulty in measuring mouth opening.
- •5. Jaw alignment issues causing difficulty in measuring mouth opening.
- •6. Patient with Naso-gastric tube
- •7. Cognitive impairments.
