Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Practicing Suryanamaskar regularly for more than two years and were well acquainted with its practice.
- •Healthy adult male
- •Free from injuries
- •Not in regular medications
Exclusion Criteria
- •Participants who have a history of active sports training, major medical issues such as hypertension, diabetes mellitus, epilepsy, asthma, neurological disorders in the past and recent history of surgery were excluded.
