1.Headache with Nausea/vomiting, sensitivity to light or sound, dizziness, neck pain, dizziness, confusion, feeling prickling skin and Weakness and Headache is bitemporal and generalized and there may be no associated focal visual or neurologic disturbance. Single most characteristic feature is episodic nature of headache, vomiting, photophobia, recurrence at regular intervals, and relief by dark surroundings and sleep.
1.Patients with any severe concomitant illness like hemiplegia, paraplegia or kidney failure who may not be able to come for regular follow ups, will not be considered.
2.Any patient with unbearable pain with organic disease that may have caused the headaches.
3.Patients with pregnancy are not included in this study.
