Inclusion Criteria

  • •GCS less than 12
  • •Traumatic brain injury

Exclusion Criteria

  • •Extracranial injuries
  • •Acute or Chronic infectious disease
  • •History of autoimmune disease
  • •Previous history of anticoagulant or antiplatelet use
  • •malignancy, uremia, liver cirrhosis, chronic heart disease, and chronic lung disease.
