Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\)Patients on regular medication for Glaucoma
- •2\)Glaucoma patients with visual acuity \>6/60 in both eyes
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\)Patients who did participate in any weight reduction programmes or Yoga in last 6 months.
- •2\)Patients with inability to meditate.
- •3\)Conditions: Hyperthyroidism, Severe ocular trauma.
