Inclusion Criteria
Had normal cognitive function as indicated by the MOCA score, Function reach test completion less than 6 inch, 6 minute walk test distance minimum of 630 meters
Exclusion Criteria
Participants who had any recent serious injury, Systolic BP more than 200mmHg and diastolic BP more than 120mmHg, Acute episode of cerebrovascular accident, Severe cardiopulmonary conditions, Recent fractures, Grade 3 or 4 OA knee, Occurrence of recurrent fall

Name Time Method Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA) taken pre-trial, post trial and after 1 week follow up:30-item test to evaluate various components of cognition, One leg standing test taken pre-trial, post trial and after 1 week follow up: It is used to assess the static balance, Timed up and go test (TUGT) taken pre-trial, post trial and after 1 week follow up: It was used to assess dynamic balance.Timepoint: at baseline (pre-intervention), 4 weeks (post-intervention) and 5 weeks (follow up)
