1.Patients with clinical features of Dustha Vrana w.s.r. Madhumehaja Vrana (diabetic ulcer)
will be included.
2. Patients of both sexes between 25 to 60 years of age will be included in the study.
3. Patients with Fasting blood sugar level ranging between 70-130mg/dl and random blood
sugar level ranging between 70-150 mg/dl will be included.
4.Patients with Hb level ranging between 10-16g/dl will be included.
5. Patients willing to give a consent to perform the therapy will be included.
6.Patients with bleeding time ranging between 2-9 min and clotting time between 10-13 sec
will be included.
7.Patients with ulcer size less than or equal to 6cm from the widest dimension of the ulcer
will be included.
1.Patients with Hb level below 10g/dl will be excluded.
2. Patients with acute features and with complications like gangrene will be excluded.
3. Patients with peripheral vascular diseases like Raynaudâ??s disease, Buergerâ??s disease, DVT
and Arterial and Venous ulcers will be excluded.
4. Patients associated with any other systemic diseases and HIV, HBsAg, HCV, VDRL will
be excluded.
5. Patients with ulcer size more than 6cm will be excluded.
