- •1 children is 9 mouth to 24 mouth
- •2 no underlying disease or treatment etc hyperthyroid Radio iodine diagnostic test
- •3 having anterior primary dentition
- •4 never take fluoride supplement
- •5 do not take topical fluoride on 3 mouth interval and antibiotic on 2 week before research
- •6 parant allow for research
排除标准
- •1. all anterior primary teeth present caries on dentin or not have anterior primary teeth
- •2.asthma or cleft lip and palate
- •3.children have allergy for intervention
