Inclusion Criteria

Only must subject meet the following criteria:
?Age: 18-years-old and 65-years-old patients; ?symptoms: pain from the twelfth rib to the lumbosacral region or limited waist movement, pain comes from physical involvement pain or non-root pain (above the knee joint); cold cold and cold. ?signs: lumbar muscle tension, obvious tenderness.The tongue is pale and white, and the veins are tight. ?imaging examination: no significant tissue structure destruction or intervertebral disc herniation was found.Only nonspecific alterations such as mild degeneration, interdisc degeneration and altered physiological curvature were seen. ?discontinued taking medication related to the treatment of non-specific low back pain for over 2 weeks. ?signed the informed consent form.

Exclusion Criteria

?Patients younger than 18 years old
?Specific low back pain (tumor, infection, metabolic disease, rheumatoid arthritis, fracture);
?Spinal deformity (spondylolisthesis, Isschysis, or scoliosis);
?Pain from areas below the knee joint;
?External spinal cord diseases (e. g., vascular and genitourinary diseases);
?Patients with a history of lumbar trauma, surgery, and systematic psoas muscle function exercise in the past 3 months;
?Root symptoms exist;
?Low back pain with 2 or more other parts of the pain;
?Patients with serious other diseases, pregnancy, mental illness, and cognitive impairment, can not cooperate with the test.
