Inclusion Criteria
Signs and symptoms of madhumeha like prabhoota mutrata pipasa adhikya kshudha adhikya karapada daha karapada suptata or angasaada
Fasting blood glucose >126mg/dl or
Postprandial blood glucose >200mg/dl or
HbA1c >6.5%
Fresh cases and diagnosed cases of diabetes mellitus type 2 on Ayurvedic treatment
Subjects who are willing to participate in study and ready to sign the informed consent form
Exclusion Criteria
Subjects of diabetes mellitus type 2 on insulin
Subjects of diabetes mellitus type 2 with HbA1c >10%
Subjects with known case of cardiac illness impaired kidney and liver function
pregnant and lactating women
