入选标准
- •Diagnosed with spastic diplegic cerebral palsy.
- •Grade 1and 1+ according to the Modified Ashworth scale.
- •They can walk alone, with limitation, GMFCS Levels I-II.
- •Able to follow simple verbal instructions.
排除标准
- •Orthopedic surgery during the previous 12 months.
- •Botulinum toxin injection within the previous 6 months.
- •Severe cognitive impairment preventing cooperation.
- •Uncontrolled epilepsy.
- •Fixed musculoskeletal deformities limiting functional activities.
- •Children who suffer from other diseases or associated disorders that interfere with physical activity.
