Inclusion Criteria

INCLUSION CRITERIA FOR PERIODONTALLY DISEASES GINGIVAL TISSUES

1)Patients with age group >= 18years

2)Patients with Stage III Periodontitis and Stage IV Periodontitis (according to 2017 EPF/AAP Classification)

3)Gingival Index >= 1

4)Periodontal Probing depth >= 6mm

5)Clinical Attachment Loss >= 3mm

6)Radiographic evidence of bone loss >= 50%

EXCLUSION CRITERIA

1)Diabetic Patients

2)Patients with any other systemic diseases/ auto immune diseases

3)Patients under medication with immuno suppressants, antibiotics, anti-inflammatory drugs in the last six months

4)Pregnant or lactating mothers.

5)Smokers ( current and past)

6)Previous history of periodontal therapy

Exclusion Criteria

1)Diabetic patients

2)Patients with any other systemic diseases/ auto immune diseases

3)Patients under medication with immuno suppressants, antibiotics, anti inflammatory drugs in the last 6months,

4)Pregnant or lactating mothers,

5)smokers

6) previous history of periodontal therapy
