Iranian women with chemotherapy-induced menopausal age = 50 years
History of receiving chemotherapy during breast cancer treatment
Amenorrhea during at least the last 12 months
Being married
Interested in participating in face-to-face counseling sessions and committed to attending all counseling sessions
Ability to read and write
Simultaneous participation in other counseling programs
smoking
Suffering from diagnosed depression or psychiatric illness under treatment
Facing a stressful event during the past year (such as the death of a loved one, divorce, etc.)
