- •All adult living donor liver transplantation
排除标准
- •Hemodynamic instability
- •Respiratory instability: pulse oxygen saturation <90%, ,, and signs of hyperventilation (respiratory rate > 35/min) or respiratory weakness during pressure-support ventilation.
- •High level of inspired oxygen required an FiO2 > 80% to obtain a pulse oxygen saturation > 90% .
- •Patients in Hypermetabolic states.,diabetic ketoacidosis,andrenal failure(need high bicarb load)
- •Patients on high carbohydrate load
