- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method 1.To study the effectiveness of bleach bath in addition to routine hygienic measures in comparison with those receiving routine hygienic measures alone in reducing the rate of recurrence of pyoderma in children aged less than or equal to 14 years.

2.To compare the frequency of recurrence of pyoderma and the time of occurrence of first episode of medically attended pyoderma after receiving the intervention between the two groups

Timepoint: The outcome will be assessed by observer who will contact the families by telephonic calls once a month for the first three months to obtain information regarding compliance, occurrence of pyoderma that required medical attention and the cost (direct and indirect) involved in its treatment and adverse effects of the intervention. Thereafter, will be contacted once in every 3 months for a period of one year
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method 1.To study the cost effectiveness of bleach bath in reducing the morbidity associated with pyoderma.

2.To study the prevalence, risk factors and microbial patterns of recurrent pyoderma in children aged less than or equal to 14 years

3.To study the compliance and side effects associated with bleach bath

Timepoint: The outcome will be assessed by observer who will contact the families by telephonic calls once a month for the first three months to obtain information regarding compliance, occurrence of pyoderma that required medical attention and the cost (direct and indirect) involved in its treatment and adverse effects of the intervention.
