- •1.Aged between 20 -55 years old
- •2.Body Mass Index (BMI) 18.5-25 kg/m2
- •3.DASS-21 score more than 10
排除标准
- •1.Volunteers who have been diagnosed with one of the following; diabetes mellitus, cardiovascular diseases, liver disease, kidney disease, respiratory diseases, autoimmune disease and neuropsychological diseases
- •2.Volunteers who require supplements or any drug that effect on the nervous system by order of the doctor before trial
- •3.Volunteers who use hormone or any drug that effect on the nervous system during 3 month before the test
- •4.Smoking more than 10 pieces/ day
- •5.Drinking alcohol more than 5 times/ day
- •6.Volunteers who participate in other projects
