入选标准
- •? Adults 19 years of age or older
- •? Symptomatic or asymptomatic apical periodontitis,
- •chronic apical abscess ; symptoms remained after nonsurgical root canal treatment and unidentified cause of treatment failure.
排除标准
- •? Systemic patients who have difficulty in dental treatment
- •? Crack of apcial or root perforations
- •? Tooth with class II mobility or greater
- •? lesion and/or a lesion of combined periodontal endodontic origin.
- •? vertical root fracture
- •? Tunnel lesion, apicomarginal defects
