入排标准
入选标准
- •Diagnosis of schizophrenia according to ICD-11
- •Drug naïve/ not on any antipsychotic drug for more than 2 weeks.
排除标准
- •Patient on immunosuppressants
- •Patients with overt infection in the past 2 weeks, hematological disorders, chronic liver or kidney disease, autoimmune disorders and chronic inflammatory disease
- •Patient on antibiotics (chloramphenicol, tetracycline, rifampicin, polymyxin b, nitrofurantoin)
- •Patients with known immunodeficiency disorder
- •Patients with epilepsy
- •Patients unable to tolerate clozapine
- •Patients with agranulocytosis or granulocytopenia
- •Patients with paralytic ileus, CNS depression, myeloproliferative disorder
- •Patients with substance use disorder except tobacco and caffeine
- •Pregnant and lactating women
- •Patient who have received depot antipsychotics in the past 3 months
