•Patients suffering from lessthan 3 months with the classical sign and symptoms of Vatika Shirahshula along with Psychological factors like Bashpa excessive weeping Shoka grief Bhaya fear Trasa terror
•Age group between 18 to 60 years
•The headache of more than 3 months duration
•Patients willing to participate in the clinical trial

•Patient already taking allopathy medications for Tension headache
•Other types of Shirahshoola mentioned in classical texts
•Patients having uncontrolled Diabetes more than 200 miligram per deciliter and Hypertension more than 160 systoilc and diastolic 90 milimetres of mercurey
•Headache due to other major causes like migraine trigeminal neuralgia and intracranial pressure
•Pregnant or lactating mothers
•Patients having History of head injury
•Pathologies occur due to
•Eyes refractive errors glaucoma
•Ears otitis mastoiditis eustachian tube block
•Teeth Impacted teeth
•Nose Infection of paranasal sinus
•Neck Diseases of cervical spine Secondary headaches arising due to meningitis encephalitis tumor cervical spondylosis
