Study of fingerprint patterns with blood groups and gender.

Study Overview

Brief Summary

Fingerprints of a person are the most reliable evidence to identify a person. The current study is an attempt to correlate blood group and gender of  person . This study can help individualize a person based on their fingerprints and blood group along with gender.For the following study, all 10 fingerprints of individuals, blood group, gender are collected from participants and associations analysed. After obtaining consent from ethical committee and participants, samples will be analysed for association between fingerprints, blood groups and gender is analysed. Participants will be recruited only if they are sure of their blood group. Results will be later published.

Inclusion Criteria

  • Any individual with all ten digits of hands.

Exclusion Criteria

  • Any individual with any damage, scars, permanent damage to any digit of hands.

Outcomes

Primary Outcomes

Study of fingerprint patterns with blood groups and gender.

Time Frame: Study of fingerprint patterns with blood groups and gender will be assessed once samples are collected

Secondary Outcomes

  • Study of fingerprint patterns with blood groups and gender.(6 months)
