Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Women with Obstetric Anal Sphincter Injury following spontaneous/operative/Assited vaginal delivery.
- •2\. Obstetric Anal Sphincter Injury defined as 3rd and 4th degree perineal injury ( RCOG guidelines)
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Age less than 18 years.
- •2\. Previous history of perineal/ pelvic surgeries
