入选标准
- •Pre-diabetes age between 20 and 60 years. The pre-diabetes was diagnosed followed American Diabetes Association by Fasting Blood Sugar (FBS) 100 mg/dl (5.6 mmol/L) to 126 mg/dL (6.9 mmol/L) or Blood sugar 2h post-prandial 140 mg/dL (7.8 mmol/L) to 199 mg/dL (11.0 mmol/L) or HbA1c between 5.7-6.4% (39-47 mmol/mol)
排除标准
- •(1) coronary heart diseases, e.g., heart failure, myocardial infarction, arrhythmia; (2) endocrine disease, e.g., sex gland disorder, thyroid disorder, and pituitary disorder; (3) pregnant or lactating women; (4) taking medications or supplements and herbs that might have interfered with blood glucose and lipid measurements. Participants were excluded if they had side effects of tea.
