Inclusion Criteria
Histologically proven cases of rectal adenocarcinoma
-AJCC 2018 Stage T3,T4 and/or positive LN Status
-Age 18-65 years
-ECOG 0-2
-Normal Haematological profile(Hb >10g/dl, TLC >4000,Platelet >100000)
-Normal renal and liver function tests
-Patient willing to participate in the study
Exclusion Criteria
-Patient having two primary malignancy at the same time
-Patient having history of prior chemotherapy or RT

Name Time Method To assess feasibility and toxicity of dose escalated radiation therapy in locally advanced rectal cancerTimepoint: Acute toxicity will be assessed weekly throughout RT, monthly upto 3 months after completion of RT
