入选标准
- •1.Patients aged 18-60 yrs.
- •2.American society of anaesthesiologistâ??s (ASA) grades I and II.
- •3.Scheduled for elective surgery under general anaesthesia.
排除标准
- •1.Mouth opening <2 cm
- •2.Body mass index(BMI) > 30 kg/m2
- •3.Upper respiratory tract infection
- •4.Increased risk of aspiration (Gastro oesophageal reflex disorder , hiatus hernia and pregnancy)
- •5.Need for high airway pressures ( COPD patients, Asthma)
- •6.Cervical spine fracture or instability.
- •7.History of allergy to one or more drugs and latex
