Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\.Patients aged 18\-60 yrs.
- •2\.American society of anaesthesiologistâ??s (ASA) grades I and II.
- •3\.Scheduled for elective surgery under general anaesthesia.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.Mouth opening \<2 cm
- •2\.Body mass index(BMI) \> 30 kg/m2
- •3\.Upper respiratory tract infection
- •4\.Increased risk of aspiration (Gastro oesophageal reflex disorder , hiatus hernia and pregnancy)
- •5\.Need for high airway pressures ( COPD patients, Asthma)
- •6\.Cervical spine fracture or instability.
- •7\.History of allergy to one or more drugs and latex
