入选标准
- •Never have been diagnosed as diabetes (FBS < 126 mg/dL or HbA1C < 6.5%)
- •Elective intra-abdominal surgery in low and moderate risk
- •General anesthesia at King Chulalongkorn Memorial hospital, Thai red cross society
- •Intra-operative hyperglycemia (> 180 mg/dL)

- •Allergic to insulin
- •History of cerebrovascular disease
- •Operation time less than 2 hours
