All gender participants age between 20-45 years with mechanical neck pain.
Individuals having localized neck pain and stiffness
Craniovertebral angle: < 48 - 50
Pain reported on VAS score >3/10 in neck region
Diagnosed with Neural disorders due to prolapsed intervertebral disc in cervical region.
Any trauma or localised infection in neck region.
Trypanophobia (fear of needle).
Severe osteoporosis
Malignancies
Diagnosed with upper motor neuron diseases, cervical stenosis and metabolic diseases in bone and joints.
Participants with history of surgery in cervical spine region within a year.
Ongoing radiotherapy, chemotherapy, steroid therapy or anti coagulants
