Inclusion Criteria

These patients should be equal or over the age of 18 years to 70 years of age,At least 6 weeks have suffered from symptoms
Do not get pregnant
There is no history of autoimmune disease or immunodeficiency
There is no previous sensitivity to antihistaminic drugs
There is no previous sensitivity to any of the ingredients in the herbal medicinal product (sycamore).
Willing to participate in the study

Exclusion Criteria

Age under 18 and over 70 years
There are symptoms of hives less than 6 weeks
Pregnant or breastfeeding
There is a history of autoimmune disease or immunodeficiency
History of hypersensitivity to antihistamines
History of herbivorous sensation
Unwillingness to participate in the study

Primary Outcome Measures

Reduced drug intake during the course of treatment. Timepoint: From the first week to the twelfth week. Method of measurement: Number of pills (citrine, meloxate, ranitidine and prednisolone) consumed by the patient.

Score obtained from the questionnaire chronic utcaria quality of life. Timepoint: The first turn is the start of the study-The second turn is the sixth week of treatment-Third turn of the twelfth week of treatment. Method of measurement: The score of the standard questionnaire.;Scores obtained from the questionnaire Urticarial sevrity score.
