Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •â?? 1\) Level of fitness that facilitates walking without any orthopedic aids
- •(cane, crutches, walkers), ability to do exercise like treadmill and stair climbing.
- •2\) Elderly patient.
- •3\) H/O smoking , diabetic , lung disorders , pulmonary disorder.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\) Chronic conditions that might affect overall functional state during
- •study protocol (e.g. a case of cardiovascular disorders, orthostatic
- •hypotension might set in)
- •2\) Sensory disorders (e.g. when visual disturbances prevented focusing the
- •eyes on fixation point 1 meter away, hearing impairments).
- •3\) Mental illness making it unfeasible to stand during testing procedure.
- •4\) treadmill contraindication, osteoarthritis knee grade 3 and 4\.
