- •1.Patient refusal,
- •2.drug allergy to study medications,
- •3.localised infection over site of injection, 4.significant coagulopathies and 5.contraindications to regional anaesthesia, 6.patients with heart disease,
- •7.altered renal or liver functions, 8.psychological disorders,
- •9.patients with pregnancy induced hypertension and diabetes mellitus,
- •10.chronic use of pain medicines, and
- •11.BMI >35 or weight <50kg.
