Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •population without significant symptom of lower extremity atherosclerosis
Exclusion Criteria
- •(1\) with significant symptom of lower extremity atherosclerosis according with FontaineII\-IV.
- •FontaineII\-IV criteria IIa stage: slight limb; IIb stage: moderate and severe limb; III stage: rest pain
- •IV stage: ulcer or gangrene.
- •(2\) thromboangiitis obliterans,arteritis,Raynaud disease,cold injurying vascular diseases and other ischemic disease in the extremities;
- •(3\) acute infection;severe heart,liver or kidney failure; short\-term surgery or trauma;
- •(4\) consciousness disorder; cerebral dysfunction.
