入选标准
- •1.Dentulous patients with at least 20 teeth.
- •2.Mean Probing pocket depth >= 5mm.
- •3.No history of periodontal therapy in the last 6 months.
- •4.Subjects voluntarily signing an informed consent.
- •5.Systemically healthy patients.
排除标准
- •1.Heavy Smokers or history of alcohol abuse.
- •2.Pregnant, lactating or post-menopausal women.
- •3.Use of antibiotics and anti-inflammatory drugs within the past 6 months.
- •4.Systemic disease that could influence the outcome of the periodontal therapy.
- •5.Subjects having teeth with endodontic / periodontal complications.
- •6.Use of mouthwash or subgingival irrigation with known antimicrobial activity within the past one month.
